I've ordered fuel oil from them for the past three years and each time the amount they said they delivered was WAY OFF from what I measured. Ifeel that they ripped me off for hundreds of dollars and it gets worse with each delivery. However I have only a limited number of choices that use the tank coverage that I currently have. I am actively trying to find another provider.

They have fast service. My furnace went out last night, I called them at 8:00 am this morning and they had someone at my house by 9:15 am. They fixed it within fifteen to twenty minutes. They were prompt and I have heat again. I will continue to use their services in the future.

I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THAT THE SIMONE BROTHERS COMPANY IS JUST ABOUT AVERAGE. THE WORK THAT THEY DO IS PRETTY GOOD AND THE PRICES SEEM PRETTY FAIR. I'M NOT SURE IF I WILL CONTINUE USING THEIR SERVICES OR NOT.

THEY HAD TO COME OUT AND FIX MY BOILER THIS WINTER, AND I'M NOT REALLY SURE WHAT THEY FIXED. WE ALSO GET OUR HEATING FUEL FROM THEM AND WE'VE BEEN WITH THEM FOR THREE YEARS NOW.
