We did not have a good experience with RK; there was very little oversight of subcontractors which led to unnecessary mistakes, some of which were not fixable. Our home was not kept clean and work was not done with a high level of workmanship. While the subcontractors were willing to redo the work and correct issues once we pointed them out, we that we should not have to 1. take over supervision of the project or 2. ask that work be redone at all. When we raised our concerns and issues, the relationship with RK turned very contentious. If you move forward with RK, I would encourage you to get everything in writing including specific details of the work, change orders, costs of any changes, and deadlines .
