I had tremendous water damage in my basement due to a hurricane and loss of power for days on end at the end of last summer. I had a mold problem that was off the charts. This company tested, emptied my basement, did the mold cleanup, loaded my basement and retested with the utmost professionalism and cleanliness. The guys who were in my house to do the remediation made sure that the clean up was done to precise OSHA regulations so that the mold would not contaminate the rest of my home. They were nice, polite, and careful with my personal belongings and treated them with great care. The job manager diagnosed a problem that I was having in my basement while cleaning. that I had no knowledge of. They also helped me find an avenue to fix it and it helped to prevent a bigger problem from occurring. The consultant was very knowledgeable and gave me several options that fit my budget and worked with the insurance company to make sure that I was covered for what I was entitled to. I am very happy with the results and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any one who asked. I was confident throughout the entire process that Remediation Resource, Inc was going to repair my mold problem in an effective, cost efficient and safe manner. I couldn't be more pleased!
