My home is 110 years old and the original pine floors are still in place. Leandro & his help did a great job - totally satisfied / without any issues. Some of the floors that were refinished had been neglected for a long time and as I had previously said, they did a great job. They showed up at the expected time and finished at the anticipated time, They charged a fair price and I would refer and/or hire them again without question

This is the third job I used this company (I found this company from a friend). The oak floor (under old carpet) is from a home build around 1920's. Leandro and Marcelo are very punctual and completed the job each time, as promised. Their crew arrived before 8 am in the morning and completed installing the vinyl on the same day. There are lots of corners surrounding the floor. They also finished the sanding and polyurethane beautifully over the next three days. Leandro and Marcelo personally come and inspect the job. Originally, I was getting quotes from general handyman and other contractors. I am so happy to find Reliable Wood Floors LLC because they are fully licensed and insured, at a very reasonable price (I couldn't find any better deals in my area). Would call them again for future projects and highly recommended.
