+ 0 moreA section of the lawn was not done at all. Aeration, top soil, and Penn mulch application was insufficient in most areas. Large chunks of top soil were left laying on top of the lawn. In addition to doing a poor job renovating the lawn, he also, using a rotary spreader, spread grass seed into all of my newly established (grass and weed free) flower/shrub beds (approximately 150 linear feet). In order to remove the grass, I will now need to hire someone to dig up all of the affected beds and replace the soil that is removed.
Description of Work: The job was to renovate the entire lawn, as per the written estimate: aerate, apply sufficient top soil, seed, and apply Penn mulch and fertilizer.
