Joe was to replace the roof sheeting where there were soft spots on my dormer roof then install new rolled roofing material. After the completion of the job I had a contractor remodel the upstairs bathroom. (by the way this was 4th job Joe has done for me). When the contractor cut into sheet rock to install an exhaust fan it was found that they never replaced the rotten plywood sheeting. I complained and his crew came back and cut up the new roof and patched it. Since then every 6 months for 2 years there has been a leak somewhere in 2 of 3 rooms upstairs. He said he would come a take a look via text message but now has stopped responding. Something has changed with the quality of work and the lack of guaranty with this company. I had a new roof put on my house.  I had 3 quotes, there's was close to one of the others but I chose them because I felt most confident with their proposal.  They came out when they said they would.  The guys were extremely professional and very clean.  I am very satisfied and have recommended them to many friends and neighbors.

It went well. The work was done in a competent and timely manner. We have not had any problems with the work done.
