This company is not recommend for landscaping. Very pricey and their main concern to do the work and get paid rather than the result of their job. They did my grass last summer for thousands of dollars advising us to make sure to water it to get good results. As you see the picture speak for itself. Their excuse is the high heat and hot weather where in-fact it is their cheap and bad soil and seeds that they used. They charge allot for cheap products.

ESPJ construction was fantastic, from the initial contact, to the designing of the patio and fire pit, to the actual implementation and follow-ups. As we proceeded through our first design, to making changes and asking for guidance on various ideas we had, they were very accommodating to help us get exactly what we wanted. I especially liked that I could contact the office and pretty much any time and talk to someone on the phone about anything I needed or wanted to know. The final result came out absolutely perfect. Thanks so much.

I hired ESPJ Construction to replace the cement around my pool area. I went with them because Giovanni offered to throw in a free item if I signed up that day. I probably should have requested a few more estimates. What I came to realize is the ESPJ is a construction company. They are not "pool people". They did nothing to try and protect the pool liner or underground pipes/wires. The first issue was when they sliced through an electric cable going to the pool area lights. When I asked about what they were going to do about it, the response was "we are not electricians". Oh, OK... I guess I'll have to rewire the lights myself at my own expense. The second issue is they put some holes in my pool liner so I was losing water every day. I had to hire a diver (at my own expense) to get in water to find and fix the holes. I ended up having to get a new liner (another expense). The last and biggest issue was that they crushed one of the return pipes when pouring the cement. I had all the line pressure tested (at my own expense) prior to ESPJ pouring the cement but they crushed the pipe on the pour. I had to hire a leak detection company twice (at my own expense) to locate the leak and then repair it. ESPJ did come back to cut out a section of the cement where the leak was so I could get access to the crushed pipe. When they returned to pour the cement in the cut out section, they used the wrong color when coloring the cement. Giovanni said he would return to try and change the color but that was 6/16/20. At this point, I do not want them on my property anymore. The cement block with a different color will be a constant reminder for me to always get multiple estimates and to properly vet the company you're going to use for a large project. Lesson learned...
