Hired them to install low to medium complexity sump pump system. After the installation I learned that my pre-existing radon system was rendered useless by plumber's inability to seal back the sump.The system is only in-use once or twice a year, and a year later when it got stress-tested I learned about more problems with the installation. Some water was left standing in the outgoing pipes inside the house for a year, festering wild life. Very loud gurgling sound on each pump (every minute). Manufacture of the pump said this was due to check-valves installed not according to specifications.Last thing the plumber told me after the installation: "I don't have time to wait for the sump to fill in to test, but call me if you have any issues". Obviously I tried reaching out and received zero response. With the water level unusually high I was finally able to test the backup system and it does not work. It dumps the water back to the well. No response from the contractor.
