Fabulously! Bill Smith and his two man crew not only did the work, taking two hours to painstakingly check a difficult duct in which to locate what finally turned out to be a dead mouse, but they sealed up the outdoor entrance to the vent for us, left our place clean, and insisted on doing it for free because as Bill told us, his "boss would kill him if we charged the church for this, especially on Good Friday!". I was dumbfounded when he first told me no charge before he started the work, and kept saying words to the effect of "you're kidding", and "for real?" I mean who nowadays doesn't want to make money off all customers even churches. Maybe they will give a church a break on the price, but who does the work for free? I was amazed at their generosity and kindness and vowed to myself they will be our "go to" guys when we are ready to have our ducts all cleaned or any similiar services. I wanted to find a way to let people know of their kindness. And I am telling everyone I can of the outcome of our situation. It could have been disastrous to have the God awful odor permeating the church on Good Friday for services and for Easter services, plus we have a YMCA run adult day care facility in our building that was there. It was turning off families of residents. these are amazing people and I am sure anyone would get a more than fair deal from them. Oh, and let me mention that when Bill got my call the crew was on their way home and they stopped and took care of us! Truly good people!
Description of Work: WE are a church and I on Good Friday we found we evidently had a dead animal in some ductwork giving off a horrible odor through out one half of the church. We have a YMCA run Seniors/Alzheimers day care center there during the day and would be having services that night and of course on Easter Sunday. Our own men could not get to where the animal was evidently lying in the duct. It needed to be cleaned out immediately.
