Central Exterminating

Sales rep came to condo for a free inspection along with estimate. After agreeing on service and price, he called in to his office to schedule treatment. Serviceman arrived promptly on day of treatment. Took about 1 hr to complete. Gave instructions on how long to stay away. Also received a 30 day warranty if any insect is sited. We have been all clear since treatment and are very satisfied with Central Exterminating . Both sales rep and serviceman were professional and a pleasure to work with. Central Exterminating gets the job done!

They come right away when you call. Their services are very professional. They are accommodating

They have the whole house treatment. They do termites, carpenter ants, rodents, wasps, and bees. I can't think of anything else that they do. It is pretty much a whole house treatment. They are always prompt as far as getting back with me. Their service is reliable. the service that they provide is good. So no complaints. I have used them for 15 years. I have never had a problem with them. I have a standing contract with them.

They come out twice a year. The service is always good. I had some bees in the ground and they took care of them. They are always professional and never had a problem with them.

Initially they were very good, first few years they would go and fill in any crevices with dust etc. However later they would only come may be once a year and spray outside in 5-10 minutes and unless you see ants and specifically call them, they would not even come. My annual contract was up for renewal around june and just in spring, we noticed quite a bit of activity. Took a while for him to come (~ 1 week or so), by which time the home depot traps had already finished off the ants and he was not very pleasant just sprayed parts of one room and outside perimeter. They were much more through before. Also their spray would kill other small bugs too, but he said that he will not spray anywhere else unless there is ant activitiy. Anyway for the whole year of $250 or so that I had been paying, I felt that I was wasting my money, particularly the traps you buy from store were just as effective. I have cancelled their contract and will hire someone else.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY JUST TO SEE WHAT WAS HAPPENING. IT TOOK ABOUT A DAY TO FINISH, WHICH IS HOW LONG THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE.
