We were able to send model number and explanation of the problem so he could get the part ordered ahead of time! A real time saving way of working with us. Other companies would want to come first and diagnose the problem then return with the part. He was neat and time efficient and very well priced. Have his card and will not need to look for another appliance repair person again!
