The 2 guys were great. They answered my questions and were very professional.

Before deciding on Air Creations I had four other contractors visit our home and offer estimates. Air Creations gave me the lower estimate and provided me with several options from other reputable manufacurers. I decided on Trane. But it was not the lower offer that made me select Air Creations, it was the no-nonsence, direct approach form one of the owners Curtis Dick. Unlike the other contractors he did not spend time thumping himself in the chest, promising me the world. He told me what I needed in my home and gave me enough information for me to make a decision. He came across as a man who knows his business and I felt very comfortable with him and his company even though I had never heard of them. I found them on Angie's List.
It was the right choice. They showed up on time, evaluated what needed to be done, listened to what I had to say and then they explained how it was going to be done. They did not start until they pre-checked every step of the installation to make sure they did not encounter unexpected problems. From Bob, the other co-owner of Air Creations, to Dave, the lead installer, they were thorough and very professional. One of the things that impressed me the most was that they were more concerned about not damaging any part of the house as the work progressed than I was. Dave, the lead tech, was THE MAN. Playful, while professional, was a joy to watch. Many times I interrupted him to ask questions and he always took his time to answer and explain what was being done.
The job was completed on time.
Would I hire them again? In a heartbeat. These are good, caring, professional people.

My furnace broke at night and this company was the first one I could reach over the phone. He came over that night, but did not have the part he needed so the next day he came back with the part and fixed it. He was really nice. I don't know who else would do that and I appreciated it. He had a fair price for what he did.

It was perfect. Their price was very reasonable. They were very professional. The owner came out personally and explained what they would be doing. He also came out to follow up after to make sure his workers were polite and taht they did the job to my satisfaction.

They gave me a formal contract with model numbers of everything and what they did. I would use them again and haven't needed any service since they came out. They did the work in a professional manner.

The installation took place at the agreed upon date.  The workers were professional and fairly neat and clean.  There were a few issues with contract negotiations and final cleanup but both were satisfactorily rectified after discussion.  This company now maintains my equipment on an annual basis.
