Appliance Repair
I called Ed at Action Appliance on 8/27/14 and left a message. He returned my call a few hours later. I explained the problems and he said he could come by 2 days later, which was my request. Ed arrived in the time frame he specified, took a look at the dryer and said repairs would run $300 - $350, and he could be back the next day with the parts. I agreed.
Ed returned the next day, again in the time frame he specified. He repaired the problem, and another small item he discovered. The dryer was now working fine. He then took a look at our washer which was not working 100%. He said it would not be worth fixing, and that we should run it until it died and buy new (rather than charge us to fix it in vain). Ed then handed me a bill for $245.00 plus tax. $50 - $100 less than he quoted. Although I wasn't overjoyed with the breakdown and about $300 in repairs, I was very happy with Ed's professional attitude and workmanship. For a change I didn't feel as if I was taken advantage of. I have no doubt I will call Ed with any appliance repair I need in the future, and will refer him to anyone who asks. Thanks Ed!

I REALLY LIKE THIS COMPANY. I JUST CALLED AN 800 NUMBER AND THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY SHOWED UP QUICKLY AND EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM TO ME.
