Upon arrival they advised that they only do chimney cleanings for fireplace. The chimney I was trying to clean was part of an oil heating system and they did not charge me for same. HVAC cleaning and dryer duct cleaning went through professionally and timely.

It's ridiculously hard to get a heating and cooling service to come out if they didn't put your system in. They didn't put my system in and they are the only ones that I could get to come out.

I'm happy to write a review for this company. Everything went great from the start. At the phone, they are very nice, and booked our service super fast. Online, they have pricing claimed to be with no hidden fees and in fact, this is absolutely what they charge you. They give you a time window for the service to be performed and if they are running a little late they call you upfront to let you know. The window is also very short, not the mostly usual 8am to 2pm or 2pm to 6pm, so you don't have to waste a whole day waiting. Ours was from 12pm to 2pm.Amazing. The technician performed the job in a very neat way. Overall, a very positive experience, will be using this company again.
