I called and left a message several times. Never received a call back and I do not expect to. Now looking for another provider elsewhere.

Steve identified the amplifier as the problem, and gave me several options for replacing it, without having to replace the complicated universal remote for the system. We also discussed upgrading components in the future, to simplify both the wiring & remote for the system.

The work was completed with very high quality. The TV looks great and the cost was very reasonable. We had some old stereo equipment and Steve was able to connect it all up. Steve is very conscientious and spent a great deal of time explaining the new system. We had one component fail and Steve came out quickly and replaced it.

Not being very computer literate I was having difficulty installing a software upgrade on my MAC. Contacted Steve of See Hear Tech after finding him on Angie's list.  He returned my call within 2 hours.  He arrived promptly for the appointment completed the upgrade, connected a new router, I had just received, improved speed by connecting my computer to the router and made suggestions to increase memory returning a few days later to install the new chip.  His price was very fair.  I would not hesitate to use him again.

They didn't really find what was wrong with my computer and I still have to hire somebody and they were very nice and they sort of looked through everything. We got stalled a couple of months because, he told me people got a lot of TV's for christmas and he was like putting them up for people and doing the wiring and things like that. So I guess he's not necessarily a computer person. He did tell me if I was still having problems to call him back, and I didn't because I just felt he was not the right person. He said if these signs pop up on the screen again to take pictures of them and email them to him but he just didn't seem to get to anything that was troubling me with the computers so you know I'm looking into getting somebody to just clean it up.

Pros: Steve was very good to deal with. His price was also very competitive. Willing to perform minor adjustments without charging extra which was good. 
Cons: Since I tried to install TV, Soundbar and TV Shelf, I would segregate them to explain further
a) TV Mount: He was very professional enough to find the studs and mount the TV at the correct position.The final output was that TV was inclined and not completely vertical. He attributed this to the Full Motion Mount that I purchased  from Costco. I'm not sure if this can be fixed. Overall Service was good, but the Output was okay. 
b) Soundbar: He could not get the wall struts and hence he just installed them on the dry wall. Not sure if this will last for a long time. Again cannot comment on the Quality as I'm not an expertise. 
c) TV Shelf: He could not install TV Shelf to the wall since the conenction between the TV SHelf points and the wall struts did not match. So, I ended up keeping the shelf down. So, I could not get the TV Shelf mounted.

All work done met my expectations.  Very professional and clean looking install.  Couldn't ask for a better job.  I would highly recommend.

My husband was involved in that because I was not present at the time. I think it was fine. He came on time. There was an extra charge because he agree to do a feature installation for us.

Dealing with some service people can often be difficult and annoying. Dealing with Steve @ See Hear Tech was a total joy. He came in on time, and immediately started pulling wires, re-routing cables and re-configuring all the inputs. I was amazed how fast and efficiently he was moving. Rememember, it was not like I just purchased everything at once and all from the same company which would allow everything to be simply plugged in. My amp for example has to be 15 years old. Steve was able to marry everything together. Once everything was hooked up he made sure that everything worked ( and more importanly) explained everything to me. Then I unloaded multiple questions to him about the TV, about the connections, about the various functions of the TV. He took his time and answered every one as fast as I could ask. Steve not only knew his job but is also excels in deals nag with people which sadly is something that you see less and less now a days.

Overall it went really well. Steve came once to discuss options on where to mount in our family room. Once we finalized the price and date he arrived on time on the day of the work and finished the job as per schedule. He also neatly velcroed all the other equipment like setup top box, apple tv behind the TV and helped setup the logitech smart remote control. The whole thing was very professionally done. Will surely recommend to anyone.

Excellent. Steve was passionate about his work and easy to work with. Simple and easy. He was more of a perfectionist than I am and it was nice that he was looking to make things "just right" Good job!

We were very pleased with the installation and the service.  It was all very neatly done
and squarely installed on the wall, making it a professional installation.  This was a 
great deal as it included the cost of the TV mount.

Steve was very polite and helpful. We had an old computer with files that were important to us which had stopped booting up. Steve took it back to his shop and managed to revive it. He also added RAM to it and installed some service packs and returned it running better than ever.
