From the beginning Ray was hard to schedule. We would set a day and/or time and Ray would contact us to let us know he couldn't make it and/or was running late. We worked around his scheduling issues without complaint as we needed the work done. Ray finally came onsite and did a quick walk through of all the issues with my wife (who was surprised at how quickly he diagnosed all the issues). He needed to go out and purchase supplies and again scheduling was painful for him to come back and actually start the repairs. With scheduling behind us, Ray came onsite with a helper and quickly got all the work done and was promptly paid. When I got home I saw that Ray left all the old hardware that he had replaced in my garage rather than disposing of it. The work seemed to be performed professionally and neatly. Several weeks later I noticed that the bathtub faucet was still leaking. I called Ray and again had to deal with scheduling issues to get him to come back and look a the tub. He had misdiagnosed the issue and needed another part that I was to purchase and he offered the labor for free. I agreed. From that point forward for the next 21 days I tried to get Ray to come back to install the part. He kept telling me that he couldn't come for this reason or that reason. I told him to stop telling when he could not come and tell me when he could come. I sent him an email letting him know that I was not happy with the way he was handling this At that point he offered to reimburse me for the incorrect tub repair. I told him that all I wanted was for him to come back and fix my leak. It's been about a week and still have no response. I would not recommend you use Ray unless you have all the time in the world to get your work done. It was the most frustrating experience I've had to date with this kind of service.

I contacted them after seeing a recommendation on Angie's List. I was very pleased with their service. I liked their responsiveness. I called and they responded immediately.They were able to handle the entire purchase and installation in a very short period of time.

It went great! Ray came himself and did everything. No mess, no fuss and even though my thorn bush attacked him, he took it like a champ. He was very neat and all the new stuff feels very secure and sturdy (shoulda seen it before). None of my fixtures leak anymore! And now I can finish remodeling the bathroom for my wife........ uh... hooray. We'll have more work soon enough and you can be sure I'll go back to him.

Ray was able to start an hour earlier than scheduled which was great. He laid down drop clothes to protect the floor and together with 2 other guys completed the job in a timely and professional manner. Only minor issue is that the outside building trap was not cleaned as discussed; however Ray indicated that this was not needed as blockage was before the trap and he decreased price accordingly.

Arrived as scheduled and the work was accomplished to my complete satisfaction. They were punctual, professional and very neat. More importantly, no more galvanized pipes and leaks! I would highly recommend Jersey Premier Plumbing.

excellent! very professional, JPP gave a fair quote, knew exactly how to do the job, gave all the variables and possible solutions. (we had several companies give quotes but the knowledge and professionalism of JPP won the bid) Work was done in 2 days, clean job from start to finish. We had a GC build the actual room (built into garage) and JPP came back a 3rd day just to checked the connection and make sure the GC reconnected the wash , dryer , pump and sink correctly. We look forward to having JPP come back and give us a quote to turn our half bath into a full!

Had a sudden major leak in my upstairs bathroom that caused water to pour through the
ceiling downstairs.
I called Jersey Premier Plumbing and they came out the same day, diagnosed the cause right
away and came back the next morning with the parts to fix it.  The job was completed
before noon.  Ray showed me what the problem was and explained how he would fix it.
By using his smart phone to photograph the leak area he was able to minimize the amount
of cutting in the ceiling sheet rock and show me the problem.

I had thought the leak was coming from the base board radiator because my carpet was wet underneath that area. He came out and inspected the radiator and even went upstairs and downstairs to check the pipes. He found no signs of leakage. He did find out my windowsill above the carpet was wet. He suggested I check my sprinkler system outside because he found nothing wrong. He didn't charge me anything for the inspection and advice! Low and behold I turned on my lawn sprinkler and a hose had broken spraying water every morning into my screened window which wet my carpet. I really appreciate his honesty and ability to help me solve this issue! I will use him anytime I have an issue since he has been great to work with on numerous occasions.

Explained why leak had occurred and what was needed to fix it. Very professional, friendly.

Gave clear instructions on what was installed and how to maintain it. Left the premises clean.

Will definitely use Jersey Premier Plumbing again when needed.

Ray was on time and when he finished the work everything was clean up before he left.

Ray scheduled us in quickly, showed up on-time, evaluated our needs, provided a very fair price for the project, and went to work.  Installation went very well. Ray also had to replace additional piping to properly configure where the check valve went.  Their work is truly professional and we are very pleased with the result.  Ray is straight-forward, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable.  It is such peace of mind to know that if we ever have a problem in the future, we now know who to call.  Thank you Jersey Premier Plumbing!  You are our official plumber!

The work went very well. Ray was very professional had everything set up for the plumbing inspector to come and inspect the day he did the work. When he was finish everything was cleaned up and back the way he found it. Was very happy with the work he done.

Provider scheduled appointment quickly and arrived on schedule.   Work was done quickly and efficiently.   Provider was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and why.    Consulted on another problem and when out of his way to explain that we didn't need to do anything right now.   Both honest, courteous and even kind.

Woke up to a cold house on a Sunday and immediately knew I had a furnace problem.  Searched AL for a local service provider and came across Ray.  Within 1/2 hour he was at my house (on a Sunday morning) and proceeded to diagnose the problem and provide the correct part.  Ray also offered  suggestions as to what options were available to me to address my skyrocketing heating/cooling costs.  Can't say enough about that level of service.

After the new sink was put in, the drain was in a slightly different location so that pipe had to be cut and the connection from the dishwasher had to be extended.  The first plumber I contacted told me that it would be over $500.00.  I called Ray and he answered immediately and managed to get me on his schedule within a couple of days.  He was on time, had everything he needed and completed the job quickly.  He even ended up cutting the price down from what he had quoted me on the phone because he said it turned out to be quicker than he originally estimated.  He and his assistant were very professional and cleaned up afterwards.  I would highly recommend Ray and Jersey Premier Plumbing.

His quoted price was on target and cheaper than another plumber I contacted. He arrived on time and completed the work when he said he would. I would recommend him.
