These guys climbed right up to the top and for them it's like walking up the stairs. The price is right. They're punctual and hard workers. They cleaned up everything and the owner supervised everything. I would use them again in the future.

Alan provided suggestions during his visit to write up an estimate. He scheduled the job quickly and arrived on time with his crew of three. He brought a wood chipper, and a bucket truck. He laid down pads to protect our lawn from tire damage. He was on site directing and working during the entire job. The workers left the yard clean. The trees look very good. They are balanced and if you did not know how badly damaged the white oak was, you would never know. Alan provided suggestions for tree care, mulching and fertilizing to keep it healthy.

We called Cook's tree service looking for an a tree expert to evaluate and appropriately service all of the trees on our property. Al responded in a timely manner to the message we had left and stopped by to do the estimate when he said he would. He took the time to discuss with me all of the trees on the property and what should be done. He didn't push any service on us only gave recommendations. We agreed on a fair price and a time frame. When he returned with his crew they did 3 removals including the stumps and trimmed nearly every tree we had. The crew was professional did everything we had agreed upon and that I asked for, including putting down plates for their bucket truck to drive over so it didn't damage our lawn. The work was done all in one afternoon and the trees looked better then ever. They did quality work in a professional manner for a fair price.

It took only 1 week from the time I called for a quote, to the day they performed the work.

It was excellent. I think they are first class.

We were very pleased with them. We have used them in the past. This is like the fourth time we have used them. We have never had any trees fall down after using them. I think Alan Cook who is the owner knows trees and knows which ones need to be trimmed or taken down. We would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

They are fairly reasonably priced and do a good work. If there is a need, we would use them again in the future too.

Excellent, on time very professional and owner stayed on-site supervising the job from start to finish. The major job (5 trees) was completed in less than 5 hours.
