ULTRA AIR HEATING & AIR COND

From the very start everyone at Ultra Air was knowledgeable & professional. Rich came out for the estimate and explained everything. Rich came back with an offer and of the three estimates we had we decided to go with Ultra Air. Bob was in charge of the crew and I can not state how wonderful they were. They were very professional. They were prompt and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves everyday; never leaving a mess. they always asked permission using the facilities and going from room to room. Anytime a situation arose other than we discussed they presented it to me prior to doing anything. I truly found the whole experience wonderful. When a concern arose after the installation, they came and rectified it. Finally, after way too many years we had central air conditioning! This past winter when my furnace went on the fritz, we utilized the supplemental heating available in the units. It was a blessing and I am so grateful we had it. Ultra air made the whole experience from beginning to end one of the best decisions in my life and my wife agrees!
