We did an original contract and every little thing he wanted more money out of me. I told them to cover the carpet real good and they shot nails through it to hold up the work on the framing on the other side. His work was horrendous. I went with him because I thought his price was good. His workers were rude and arrogant. It was a nightmare with this guy, he was always argumentative on the phone.He was an absentee employer, he was never there. It took them a month to do the family room and he was there twice. They would leave a mess behind and not clean up. His guys don't show up for days on end, when they are supposed to show up they show up hours later. Instead of showing up at 9 they show up at 12 and work until 4. It was a horror show. I found him in the phone book, he was a scum bag. I tried to get the permits in my name like he told me to do. I got in trouble with the town and they shut the job down for a week. I got fined and he never came back, he was horrible.
