Great job again!

Called Chris helped out with a small issue to remount smoke alarm - was there the next day. Fast, efficient, clean and expertly done! Will be using him for all my fix it needs. Super Service!!

Provider was so busy he couldn't be bothered to return calls about obtaining a quotation.

Chris showed up early for the appointment and did an excellent job. My bathroom ceiling fan was an older model and the replacement unit I had to buy was not as nice (didn't have the heat light feature). Chris was able to repair the existing exhaust fan so I can take back the replacement and I'm very happy with the results. 
All work was completed quickly and efficiently and Chris used a drop cloth in the bathroom and left it neat and clean.
I would definitely use this service provider again.

Chis show up on time for the estimate and to do the work.  He brought all the materials and tools needed to complete the job.   The job was finished in a timely and professional manner; including the cleanup.  I found Chris a pleasure to deal with.

We didn't have a problem with what he did, it was very good. Our issue was he gave us an estimate of $450.00 including the most labor intensive installation of a frameless shower door.  He could not install the frameless door (no fault on his part) but still tried charging us $450.00. My husband didn't want to haggle with him and ended up giving him $400.

He said he was going to call us with a fix for the shower door, he never did and he left one of his tools here, never came back for it!  

He did a very thorough and professional job.

Chris was excellent.  He called me back promptly on the original request for services, made an appointment right away and showed up as scheduled.  He was running a little late so he made sure to call me and let me know that he would be delayed about 15 minutes.  He arrived, surveyed the situation and fixed it on the spot.  Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable.  I will definitely use him again.

 Chris took his time to make sure every detail was right. It was his idea to redirect some of the plumbing to between the beams to give the ceiling a cleaner look. The job took a little longer then expected because of some of the additional work that was done. But he even worked on sat & sun (asked us 1st if it was ok ) to get the job finished.

Chris made sure we were happy with the work that was being done every step of the way .We are completely satisfied with the workmanship & look of our new basement ceiling & door.

Chris is prompt, professional, and easy to talk to. He is skilled and knowledgeable.  It took 2 and 1/2 to complete because he had to let the paint dry. At one point, Twice I had to ask him to move the medicine cabinet and lights because I didn't like how they were centered. Chris did it with no qualms, and it looks very very nice. It looks clean and I'm very satisfied.

He was very communicative in his appointments.  Showed up on time and came back a second time when the replacement window was damaged.  Did a great job when he came back the second time when the 2nd replacement screen arrived.  He really knows his stuff.  Did a wonderful job replacing the water faucet and put an extention on it to raise it off the ground.

Out biggest concern was the potential for sheetrock dust.  Chris used a sheet plastic that was electro statically charges that collected the dust as he was sanding.  Chris surrounded the room with this plastic and the spackle dust NEVER left the room.  His painting was done with equal care.  When the job was done he left the room (work area) spotless.

He not only sold me on his work, but on the value of Angies list.

Everything went well. Chris was responsive and came to appt. as scheduled. He  removed all debris as well. I called him again today (6/21) at 5:30 on a Saturday and he answered (I thought I would get a machine). We made an appt. for Monday. I need to create an access panel or pull down staircase to an attic space where the air handler is located.

He was phenomenal. If you can lose 7 A's, give him 7 A's. I'm very pleased with him. He's responsive, has a lot of experience and does the work himself. I have absolutely zero issues. He is very fair with his prices, very transparent and stood by his goals. I've very happy with everything that he's done.

Excellent Job. My Mom is 89 years old and was very pleased with his work.  Using Chris again for some painting in a couple of weeks.
