Excellent. Very professional, clean, courteous..explained what needed to be done and did it well.

It was truly a pleasure to work with such a professional person and company. My roofing job, skylight replacements , attic fan replacement and leaders and gutters were all completed in a very timely manner by Joe Giannetto of Pacific Construction and Maintenance Company LLC of Lincoln Park N.J. Everything we discussed to be completed for my new roof exceeded above and beyond my expectations as a consumer. What a clean and neat roofing job. Tarps were placed throughout the property no nails or debris found on property. First all tarps on roof were secured and double checked by Joe during an overnight rain and wind storm, when I asked him why he was here in the rain he said, "" I was concerned about tarps moving during storm."" Who does that? Secondly he painted and secured my fireplace vents again going above and beyond what was expected. Lastly, after the job was completed he came back twice to clean my driveway for nails and any other debris on the surrounding property. I would highly recommended Pacific Construction and Maintenance Company LLC of Lincoln Park, N.J. to replace or repair your roof.
