Sometimes it's the way a business handles a potentially bad situation that defines them. Country Road Automotive made a mistake and our car was not ready on time. But what impressed me was the way Bob and Deb worked to fix it. This is a company that wants to please and keep their customers, and will work to make sure that they do. Staying open well past their normal hours, Bob admitted the error, made sure the work was done and waited for us to come get the car so he could explain everything he had found.
The work they do is first rate, but it is the customer experience that Bob and Deb provide that have made me a loyal customer.

We have used Country Road for the last few years; everyone who works there has been professional and pleasant. The most reccent service done was for my daughter's car who was returning to school and needed a minor repair done to the cigarette socket. We brought the car in without an appointment, and Bob took us right in and was able to repair it within an hour. They have done repair work on other cars in our family, both minor and big ticket, (regular service to timing belts and radiators, etc.), and has been consistently fair in price and conscientious about what needs to be done and what work is not necessary. Country Road has made having our cars serviced a better experience than I have had in the past from both dealers and independent repair companies.
