No call returned.

I was really happy that I looked at the hot water heater and found his sticker.  We have been in our home 4 years and never had the furnace serviced.  We were so worried it would cost a lot of money.  While on the phone with Bill, he knew the house immediately!  It turned out he and his father were the ones who originally installed the furnace!  I forgot to tell him we don't have a doorbell.  He arrived exactly on time but I didn't hear him.  He returned a half hour later.  Since we have dogs, I always make sure any service people aren't afraid.  As I was asking him, he came out of his truck with a milk bone in his hand!  Now that is an awesome plumber!!
He took care of the furnace while talking to us about the previous owner, installing the furnace with his dad and other people in common from our town.  He could not have been nicer!  His price was VERY reasonable.  My husband and I sat in disbelief when he left.  We don't know why we put it off.  Not to mention, our heat is working the best it ever has!  If you need someone for plumbing/heating in the Lincoln Park NJ area, you have to call Bill!
