This was the best experience with a real estate agent I have ever had (and I've had many, having moved 4 times in the past 6 years). Rosemarie is a consummate professional, and in my mind, the embodiment of the perfect Realtor. She resides in our community, has had decades of professional experience here, also has a broker's license and really knows her stuff. I liked that she listened very carefully to exactly what I was looking for. Every house she showed me matched all my specifications, so no time was wasted looking at unsuitable properties. She was helpful in asking questions of the various home sellers that I would not have thought to ask, and pointing out aspects of the properties that I may have overlooked. She was never pushy and always let me take the lead when evaluating/ranking the properties we had seen. She was always punctual, promptly returned calls, and very efficient and pro-active in arranging home viewings. Rosemarie was present every step of the way from the initial perusal of listings to all viewings to the home inspection to the closing. Anyone buying or selling a home would be lucky to have Rosemarie as their agent.
