On time On budget $250 for two hours work (high roof rate). Clean working Patient Provided solutions Rates charged are within industry standards Transparent Other Contractors Quoted $800.00 and $700.00 for the same work and couldnâ t come until after the holidays!

Benhar was always polite and professional. Overall, I was pleased with the completed work and I learned alot. E.G., when I asked how long the project would take, I was given a timeframe but I did not specify consecutive days. Lesson learned. I had reservations about the type of wood he selected as there were knotholes and imperfections. Nailholes were not filled in and I am still finding pieces of wood from the construction. Benhar had some useful suggestions and the results were very good. Bottom line, was I pleased? Overall, yes......would I hire Proper again? Yes.

From start to finish excellent work. So I rate any job on 1) cost (ie) fair prices -- YES they were clearly spelled out in the estimate and they stuck to it 2) when can they do it - They showed up at 9am and started on the day agreed upon - couldnt ask for more.. they worked 8 hrs and didnt stop for the multitude of breaks that some others have done 3) clean up - they not only cleaned up but were neat and clean as they went along 4) communication - we all have ideas in our head -- they not only listened but built what I had in my head They were excellent from start to finish !!!
