Nick responded within a day or two and I described the job to be done and we set up an appointment immediately. He came right on time and finished the work in a timely manner. He is very professional and knows the business. I have hired this company previously for installation of a gas fireplace and a gas grill in addition to other plumbing jobs. I would certainly hire them again.

The jobs listed above went very well. As an example, from the point of our calling that our hot water heater was leaking and we needed help, Pagnozzi had responded, found the problem ( which required a new tank ), gave us a quote (which we accepted), and had a new tank installed and working in a total of 3 hours.
