Moving
When they came to deliver it, they had lost many boxes, an antique plant stand, a coffee table and other stuff. I asked about my insurance after that and he said that only covered in the truck ride from the storage to my new apartment. I was under the impression that I bought the insurance for my stuff during the time it was in storage. He has been offensive and rude. He yells at me. None of the stuff was padded in the truck either so it was scratched. He wants to charge me an extra $3500 for back insurance to put a claim on the lost merchandise. I would never go to them again or recommend them. I had used them before but was never informed that it had been sold to a different person.
