6/12/2020 I do not normally leave reviews. Craig has left a great impression on my first home buying process. He doesn't care about the "deal" when he is doing the inspection. He thoroughly checks every inch of the house. He had to make a second visit due to some utilities not being on. He had no issues with that. If I ever need a inspection again I know who I am calling 8/11/2020 Writing a follow up review because thanks to Craig at Complete Home Inspection I was able to save a ton of money. Let me explain. I'm Purchasing a bank owned home. I decided to go with Complete Home Inspection because of the very thorough inspection they do. The Inspection report was worded in such a way that made THE BANK agree to a lot of repairs (which we all know is impossible). Craig did a great job in making sure anything that needed to be repaired seemed urgent and needed to be done regardless of who is buying the home. He has saved me over 10K in repairs. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU USE COMPLETE HOME INSPECTION FOR ANY HOME YOU ARE BUYING!

This was the most comprehensive inspection i've ever seen.
Craig, the owner of the company, was on-site from 9am to 3pm, and did a soup-to-nuts inspection including exterior, roof, electrical, plumbing, windows, heat, AC, attic, structural, mold, termites, appliances, radon, and everything we couldn't think of.
He provided us with a detailed (41 page!) report listing all the issues he found, with labeled photographs and descriptions.  Where possible, he offered his suggestions on solutions to the problems and what was a major repair and what was not as urgent.
He told me that realtors won't often refer someone like him, because he is so thorough that they wind up spending an entire day on his inspections, and would rather use someone less efficient.
On my future home purchase, I was glad I went with him, and I promised him that I would do what I could to let others know about him.
It is truly rare to find someone so knowledgable, professional, thorough, and committed to excellence.
Be prepared to spend your day on this inspection, but you'll be glad you did.

The inspection went well. He gave me a discount on the inspection because preliminary radon test were so low that he didn't deem it necessary to do a full test. 
His inspection lasted 5 hours which speaks volumes on the thoroughness of his work. He even tried to walk the roof but the weather just didn't permit. 
He delivered an extensive and detailed report a few days later.

Craig Lynch was fantastic. He arrived on time, explained was he was going to do and what he was looking for, did a very thorough room-by-room inspection of the apartment and gave me suggestions as to how best resolve issues and deficiencies he found. I really appreciated his insight and suggestions.
