I inspected four properties with Anchor Home Inspections. John has strong working knowledge of residential systems. He is very detailed oriented with his reports, and prioritizes on protecting the home buyer.

John is great. 2nd time I've used him. Very knowledgeable, always willing to take time to explain what he's checking and where he sees issues. The latest inspection was a 5hr+ inspection on a 100yr old 3 family house. Needless to say, it's alot of work. He arrived early to go over the exterior on his own which saved us time. The report was thoroughly documented and completed on time. Would highly recommend him for any job.

John, the owner of the company, did an excellent job inspecting the house. He arrived early and proceeded to inspect every inch of the house. He provided the mostly thorough inspection that you could imagine. He spend 4 1/2 hours reviewing the propery. He also was very open to answering questions before and after the inspection. He explained the type of follow up work that was needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector. Furthermore, I felt that he was someone I could trust.
