There's an auto body shop in town that I really like and its name is Towne Auto. They did an excellent job. It looks good as new. I only dealt with the manager. They were wonderful. They were very helpful. They helped me with the rental car. They were very, very nice. Their work was impeccable. They're a good place to go. They have a lot of experience than other places. They had it done faster than I thought it would be done. It didn't look like anything happened to it. I was really happy.

I went to Towne Toyota in Ledgwood, NJ after being told by Morristown Toyota that my air conditioner, which was working fine until they serviced my car, was all of a sudden no longer blowing cold.
Morristown Toyota stated that my a/c condenser needed to be replaced & the bill would be approx. $600.00
I declined & took my car to Towne Toyota without telling them what Morristown Toyota said.
They examined my a/c & found that the freon was leaked out & when asked, said my a/c compressor was fine.
I then told them about my experience with Morristown Toyota & that they will now be my service center.
I have NEVER been back to Morristown Toyota again; the same place that damaged my glovebox & agreed to fix it, then told me that I would have to pay for their labor.

REPREHENSIBLE.

TOWNE TOYOTA on Rt 46 in Ledgewood "is" a Reputable Co. that deserves 5 STARS ★★★★★.
I tried them for the first time back in July 2013, after being convinced that Toyota of Morristown was a dishonest despicable Co. after noticing that throughout the years, too often, whenever I took my car to them, something always end up broken or needed to be replaced; at least thats what they claimed.
The last straw was after Toyota of Morristown tried to charge me for an alignment that they did just weeks earlier & forgot to check their record before trying to charge me for it again. Then they tried to convince me that the reason why my A/c was blowing hot air was because my condenser was damaged & needed to be replaced with a new $600+ condenser.
I did not trust them, & suspected that they also damaged my A/c, so I took my car to TOWNE TOYOTA in Ledgewood.
TOWNE TOYOTA was not told of Toyota of Morristown claims, that I needed a new A/c condenser.
They tested my A/c, told me that they needed to evacuate & recharge it, and showed me the cabin filter that clearly needed to be replaced.
They did all that for a small fraction of the $600+ those "CROOKS" at Toyota of Morristown tried to swindle out of me, and my A/c has worked perfectly since.
"STAY AWAY from Toyota of Morristown"
They are " CROOKS, THIEVES & LIARS that I will NEVER visit again, nor ever recommend to anyone.
In time, Toyota of Morristown will reap what they sow.
Its good to know that Reputable Companies still exist.

They are excellent. They are friendly as well as nice. Everything they do is perfect.

This visit, like evey other visit, went extremely well. The staff is very professional, friendly and accommodating.. They always try to schedule me the same day. The work has always been excellent. Never had a problem with any work done. The loaner car and shuttle service are much appreciated so that I don't have wait all day at the service center or be without a car if the repair takes longer than expected. Would highly recommend.

We saw on the internet that Towne Toyota had the car we wanted with the specific features we wanted. We called them and they said that car wasn't there yet but was it being shipped and would arrive in a couple of weeks. We then went to the dealership and put a deposit on that specific car so that we could buy it when it came in. However, when the car came in, we got a call from our sales person saying that some else had actually (earlier then us) put a deposit on the same car and it was being sold to them. In this age of computers, there is no excuse for not knowing this information. They never should have taken our deposit. Either some one else had come in after us and bought the car out from under us or the sales people are incompetent. In either case this is not a dealership I would do business with again. And we lost several weeks when we could have been car shopping elsewhere.

Within the two weeks I received the plates and had no problem just drove to service center, put the plates on and done. I had to wait approximately a month for the tailpipe but It was installed when after a month. The added piece was not what I expected as my prior car, a Subaru, had a much better tailpipe option but I everything else went really smooth. I am promised a 5000 mile free oil change - appears they have a great service center too which was very important to me. Another Subaru dealership lost me as a potential new car customer with my experience with them. I was very undecided as my Subaru was very reliable as a Toyota is; When I needed to have my Subaru's windshield wipers fixed and headlight replaced, it was not handled as I expected and motivated me to purchasing a Toyota via Towne Toyota rather then another Toyota dealership which has the same service center as the Subaru dealership. They should realized since I had a car with a 125K miles on it and would be looking for a new car, sooner rather then later and being female I need a good reliable service center... Tsk Tsk.
