I called them concerning some issues with my central vac system.  Howie came next day and showed up right on time.  He quickly diagnosed the issue (clogged lines).  He unclogged all of the lines, and replaced one receptacle.  He indicated that the motor is probably starting to near end of life, but, recommended using it until it does.  I like that approach!  Will call again to replace the motor if/when it does go.

I called the Vacuum Store in the morning and after describing my problem, I left my phone number and was told a service person would call and arrange a time to stop by. Within 15 minutes, I got that call and set up an appointment for that same afternoon. When he arrived, I explained the problem I was having with the vacuum (very low suction). After inspecting the canister in the basement, the serviceman quickly determined the problem. He cleaned out two filters that I would never have found and the vacuum's suction was immediately improved. He then checked the hookups throughout the house to make sure they were all working properly. From my experience, this was one of the best service calls ever--a quick response and an efficient handling of the problem.
