furniture sales
 + -1 moreThe couch and love seat are both damaged. I called them, they would not replace the furniture. They said that I have to have them fix it. They are out for their third time to try to fix it. When I call no one returns my calls. When I had appointments with them they never showed and when I called they said that I had an appointment on a different day then what they had told me before. There was very poor communication. I have contacted my lawyer about the incident. Ashley Furniture is no stranger to lawsuits nation wide. I will not use them again in the future. I will tell everyone I know what a horrible experience I had.
Description of Work: I bought a couch and a love seat for my living room. They both were delivered damaged.
