The experience was great. Mario is professional and a perfectionist. He is prepared for any job. Whatever he needed was in his tool kit-no running to the store for this or that. Although Mario usually does larger jobs he was very willing to help me out with the things I couldn't do myself around the house. He is punctual. He doesn't stop so if you have a list of things to do, Mario will work through it quickly - don't leave him hanging as to what is next. I worked on an hourly rate because of the type of work I needed and the rate was very reasonable. And Mario cleans after he finishes a job - says his mother-in-law taught him that - what a bonus!
