Most of the work actually completed was of fair to excellent quality; disputes/disappointments were the result of recurring failures on part of representatives of Contractor to abide by the written contract and to pay attention to the detailed architectural plans and specifications. In addition, there were numerous erroneous billings/overcharges and attempts to upcharge via "change orders" that had to be vigorously disputed before corrected. Communications with office manager were poor, as they were unable to hear criticism in anything other than personal disparagement. Eventually stopped job prior to final completion of punch list and refused to bear share of costs of contractually mandated preliminary arbitration.
