The owner Greg was easy to talk to and responsive to all e-mails. He seems to really love wood flooring. He offered me the option to remove the old flooring myself to save on installation costs. He gave me as good of a price as possible, but beware he does not take credit cards. The job was installed over a four consecutive day period on the dates that were promised. Zoltan, the lead installer, arrived a little late a few days and left a little early, but he seemed like a decent guy and did a good quality installation.
