Provider was professional, thorough and organized. They made it as convenient as possible for me by supplying the shelving and containers, so I did not have to drive all over looking for them. Not only was my basement intelligently organized in the end, but it looked aesthetically pleasing too (quite a feat, given that it is a 65-year-old unfinished basement). I participated in the project, since many of the items have sentimental or potential family recycling or charity donation value. I would have been overwhelmed if doing this by myself, but Reliant's professionals helped me to prioritize, work area by area, and make decisions about what to keep/throw out that were comfortable for me and my husband. The process was highly satisfying. Because Reliant's professionals are so personable, the project was actually quite pleasant (anyone who has ever cleaned an old basement doesn't usually feel that way!). It took about three afternoons to complete, because we have three rooms (discrete storage areas) in our basement. I would definitely use Reliant again for future projects (such as organizing my detached garage, attic, and/or barn).
