I called to have our broken garage spring replaced. We received great customer service the next day. Replaced both springs and wheels. Checked all other components of the door assembly. The mechanic was polite and very knowledgeable. Based on the products and services provided it was very cost effective.

My very old, oddly sized wooden, poorly fitted and very heavy garage doors were no longer working and their attachment to the garage roof was highly flawed due to work by a previous general contractor. The pros from Lebanon Door made quick work of removing the old door and faulty supports and for the first time since owning this home I now have attractive, quiet and tightly fitted garage doors that operate seamlessly via electronic lifters. Quite a bargain I say for all the work they accomplished in a relatively short period of time. I highly recommend them. Very professional.

Overall, very good, I definitely recommend them. They installed an Anderson 200 series Patio Door French Style. They did an excellent job on the installation, but I'm not thrilled with the Anderson Door locking and closing mechanism and think I could've either done better for the price paid for the door, or paid for a slightly more expensive door from a competitor and not have had to worry about the Anderson door mechanism.

They called right away and gave me instant quote, came out within a week and installed the garage door opener.
