Joe was great. He contacted me in the evening after leaving him a message. He made an appointment and an estimate after my description of my situation. It was approximately an area 11' x 4'. He estimated about 4 air samples for this area and a quick turn around in lab sampling results for $400. He arrived promptly and finished the sampling on time. It was great, there weren't too many air sampling companies that would perform asbestos clearance sampling for a residence. I performed sampling myself in past jobs but it was inconvenient for me to rent the equipment, buy sampling media and send it to a lab. He performed the sampling according to federal guidelines and submitted the media to an accredited lab that I used myself. It was an A+ job.
