 + -1 moreThey gave us a good price, but the person I went with gave me a more complete and thorough quote. They were very good and came out right away. They were very thorough in looking at the house.
Description of Work: Frederick-Logan Heating & Air Conditioning Inc gave us a quote about a few months ago for a new air conditioning unit.

 + -1 moreWe had just moved in our new home that was built for us and even though the heat seemed to work fine, the air conditioning wasn t doing the job it should be doing to cool the house. We asked the original contractors what could be done about it and they came out and made the unit work harder . We still felt this did really nothing to cool the house properly, so we called Mark at Frederick Logan and he came out to advise us. He said the unit was okay to have used, but he would have used something else and gave us an estimate on what it would take to upgrade. We decided it was a little out of our range at the moment and held off for now. Mark is a very professional and very nice individual who we will probably have help us again soon.
Description of Work: We had this contractor come out to give us an estimate on an upgrade and his professional opinion on a cooling unit that would cover our 6 bedroom home. No further work was done by this contractor. ($8000.)
