Purchase was smooth but installation was very poor. Job scheduled for two days and company jammed it into one day with double the people. Installers came at 9am and worked until 10:30pm. hard workers but work was shoddy and crew made mistakes particularly the crooked runner on the stairs. Closet organizers in closets where crew left bedsheets, etc were damaged and needed repair. After repeated contacts with sales person to address issues, we were told we were being a nuisance and our phone number was being blocked. Worldwide acted like they were doing us a favor when all we were doing was trying to get the mistakes corrected. There are many other carpet stores with much better customer service according to friends and I recommend any carpet purchase be done elsewhere to avoid shoddy services.

They sent a friendly estimator to our new unfurnished home to measure for our needs both for a significant hardwood floor job as well as carpeting for our colonial quarter turn stairway.
We decided to go with a different provider for the hardwood floors for price reasons, but kept them on for our staircase need as the carpet price seemed reasonable.
The sales person, Darlene, was great and gave us good suggestions based on our needs and mostly very patient at the showroom, as we kept changing our mind on which carpeting we wanted.  Eventually we settled back to our original choice.
An installation date was available in about one week from the time of commitment.
The only minor drawback encountered was in the timing of the installation, as the installers do not call you, and the store does not have any time range they can provide you.  There is an online feature for them to send you a text once they are close to your house, however this feature was broken at the time, and simply suggested I call their main line...
Bottom line, I wound up needing to take some time off from work and stuck waiting in our new empty home for the arrival of the installers.   Fortunately for us, they came around 10:45am.
From there on, no problem, the 3-man crew knew their trade, and performed the job in 4 hours flat.  Cleaned up after themselves, and left a small roll of extra carpeting in our garage.

Installers were very talented but tried to talk us into less complex designs. They were otherwise very reliable, professional, and focused on providing the best workmanship. Store salesperson was very helpful. It's a very busy store and there is obviously a great deal of repeat buyers vying for the attention of their favorite salespeople.

WORLDWIDE FLOORING WAS FABULOUS TO WORK WITH ON THE DECISIONS REGARDING MY NEW CARPET. THERE WAS ONE SALES PERSON WHO WAS A BIT ON THE DITZY SIDE, BUT THINGS WERE STILL HANDLED PRETTY SMOOTHLY. THE NEW CARPET IS GREAT!
