The price was part of a warranty. They were very good. They didn't do anything different.

They really impressed me. The thing that I was drawn attention to was the service department. The quality of their work was very good. The staff was very responsive. They didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. In fact, there were times that I went in there and asked if I need new tires or parts and they would say that it looks fine. The assistant service manager was excellent. They were great and they were honest with me. I got my Prius and the inside door panel on the driver's side had a relatively minor scratch on it. I went back there and one of the service people said that that's Toyota itself and not the dealership. They would have to approve replacing that and he didn't think that they would do that. He told me to come back again and have the assistant manager look at it. So I came back again, he looked at it and in 10 seconds he said, and ldquo;Replace it.and rdquo; Their prices were very competitive. They don't have the lowest price but you know that they're a representative of Toyota. I had greater faith in their ability to do the service than I would in any service department. There was a recall notice on one of my Priuses and normally, they make you wait for you to get the recall notice. I went in there because I was aware of the recall and they took care of it right away. They didn't wait for me to get the recall notice. I got a Subaru and there was a recall on it and I haven't received the notice. I mentioned it to them and they said that they haven't got any notification yet so I think Lawrence Toyota was much better.
