We hired Ken for a basic electrical inspection. He did the job for $150 where some other pros quoted us $400 or more. He showed up on time and communicated with us promptly and clearly.

Ken was on time (generally early) for 2 appointments. He did a general home inspection and an oil sweep. Reports were completed within 24 hours.

I highly recommend Ken perform your home inspection. After getting quotes from 5 home inspectors, only Ken was able to provide all of the services I was seeking (including Mold sampling, lead based paint testing, Radon testing, and most importantly a tank sweep). As a bonus, everything from his base service to these additional services were fair prices well below what others could offer. I have been in construction my entire career and it was clear in both our preliminary discussions and during the home inspection that Ken has a technical mastery of his craft. Ken was extremely courteous both with his communication and his time; Ken arrived early to the home inspection, performed his work swiftly but diligently, and provided nearly 70 pages of inspection report within 24 hours of the inspection. Ken's services have provided us tens of thousands of dollars in cost avoidance most of which I am certain another home inspector may have missed (or could not provide the services to catch the items). From my experience, you should not select any other home inspector.

The best home inspection company who did the very best using modern technologies like drones to peep into areas where it is difficult to visualize. The report was candid which went in depth to know realities.Divided into 13 section each exhibited the strong and attention oriented areas designating its potential to address or otherwise. Ken showed up even before the scheduled time and started the inspection right away. He explained what he was going to do, showed how major components worked, and thoroughly inspected all the units and structures of the townhouse. The revue us due tomorrow, but I already know what the seller needs to fix.
