Wouldnâ t recommend to anyone, unprofessional , sloppy work , significant delays and threatening personality if not paid on time , but delays are fine totally, had to pay 30% higher than original estimate contract due to various such material costs which he said not included but contract said all materials and labor , took 90% payment first , if not paid he would stop the work and leave all debris inside outside , beware , I couldnâ t fire the guy as it was 50% done and we kind off became a victim with ransom paid

Could not finish installing AZEK fascia. Left tools for weeks, but could not get back to finish. Seemed to be busy elsewhere and could not commit to his own word. For a series of circumstances (travel abroad) he asked me to pay upfront so he took the whole payment (roofing and fascia) but did not complete fascia. Be careful and more important do not pay front.

Three contractors bid. The choice was tough, but the one I used was super. The price was so reasonable that I tripled the scope of the job. The final cost was ~ 5% higher than the estimate -- unexpected repairs were required ( added sheathing). They came about 1 month after the original schedule -- part was due to the weather -- I am used to such delays. Careful and thorough workers. Friendly, very good communications, excellent craftsmen. I am now using his for a second project.

DO NOT HIRE! this is a contractor from hell! If I could give it a negative rating I would. I hired this guy to remodel a bathroom in one of my rental units. His contract said 5 days and it has been 2 weeks with nothing to show for it...and I mean nothing! the tiling is and because he used thin set mortar...he kept saying it will dry in 72 hrs and then after 3 days still kept saying it did not dry and his answer to every question I asked was I don't know why it did not dry...I use it all the time! don't blame me! he kept coming everyday in the morning and checked and said tomorrow and left. after 5 days he literally begged me to pay him the full amount because he had to pay his assistant. additionally he took $800 for materials and when I kept asking him for receipts he said he will give them to me at the end...no sight of them till date! he told me he needs 5 bags of grout and the Home Depot guy was shocked when I told him that and the size of my bathroom. Finally he said he needs to push his other project to accommodate this and so he will finish it on sat afternoon. he shows up today and turns out the tub faucet and showered that I got do not fit the plumbing that is there. so he said he will run to Home Depot and after 2 hrs my tenant asked him if he was coming back...he said the store did not have the correct size...so he went to another store. we have 3 Home Depots within a 4-5 mile radius and he claimed none of them had it...so he cannot do anything at all...not even the other fixes. I now have to find someone else to finish this. it has been a project from hell! and I had to deal with my tenant calling me every 2 hrs asking why it is not done! spare yourself some headache...DO NOT HIRE! I am planning to file a case against him in the small claims court.

We were fortunate to find Lukasz Zborowski through Home Advisors and recommend him without reservation. This is a contractor with knowledge and experience in every category of home repair. A tree fell on our home so we had major damage to the roof, beams, rafters, siding, sheetrock, etc. The upstairs bath was completely demolished. We felt very confident of his pricing and hired him for Part 2 of our project - exterior and interior painting- without bothering to get quotes from other contractors. The work is meticulous. Lukasz and his crew are all very professional and pleasant to work with.

Don't hire this guy. He is a fraud. He doesn't know how things work. He just kept asking for money for doing nothing and when I refused, he left the work in middle and I had to pay other contractor to fix his mess. On they way he stole lot of my stuff like nails, screws and some tools.

Prompt and knowledgeable. explained everything that was going to be done. Will use them again for other projects.
