Sanders Lock Shop

I contacted Sanders by telephone on or about Thursday 05-JUNE-2014. I described what I needed done (locks needed replacing on one door), and he told me he could do the work and he would call me to come to the house either Friday 06-JUNE or Monday 09-JUNE. He never returned the call and he never showed up. To me this is as bad as poor quality service. If you're going to commit to something as a business person, then DO IT.

I called, got someone on the first try, and quickly made an appt. that was convenient. The guy came out, was pleasant to have around, and rekeyed all of the locks (we had just moved in.) I paid the bill and he was on his way. After he left, I was checking the locks, and we had requested that one door be keyed differently. He had accidentally keyed the wrong door differently. I called his cell which he had given me and left a message. He called back within 10 minutes, apologizing for the mix up, and was back within 30 minutes to fix it. I would absolutely recommend them. Mistakes happen, but for me, it's how they are handled, and he did a great job taking care of it.

We have used Sanders Lock Shop for years now. We have had door locks changed, purchased a home safe and had duplicate keys made. Prices are fair, work is professionally done and without any problems and responsiveness has always been timely. We can count on Ralph Sanders (the owner) to do the best for our needs and couldn't be happier and feel confident recommending him to others.

This guy is the top quality. Whatever I get done there will work. He is very good. A lot of people like him. I would use him again in the future.
