He is very good. I spent $300 on that service and that wasn?t cheap, but they came back a second time and it was my fault because I did not understand what needed to be plugged where. They were very understanding and they came back and did not charge me extra. If the sales guy does know something, the manager knows the product very well. They had good prices and it is always a plus when you find someone that knows what they are talking about. The sales rep that I originally had was the kind that would blow you off, but I got it to the manager and he was wonderful. It wound up fine, but it could have been a bad experience if I hadn?t been proactive about it.
