 + -1 morePatio World took $644 for an order of cushions and has failed to deliver after almost 8 months. They have not responded to any of multiple phone calls, emails and letters to Sofia Kazamia (sales), Johanna (Customer service) or the president (who also never responded). After many unresponsive calls, a letter was sent on Dec. 8th and emails were sent on 12/10/15, 12/14/15 and 12/15/15. All with no response. We will never use Patio World again and strongly discourage others from doing business with them.
Description of Work: My wife and I ordered several patio cushions and paid $644 for the order on 5/28/2015. Now 8 months later, we still don't have our cushions, nor a credit or refund on the order. They have been completely unresponsive to multiple calls and emails to the salesperson, customer service manager and president.

 + -1 moreBy September of 2015 i still had not received the furniture although my credit card was charged back in April in full. They were very difficult to get ahold of and when I asked for a refund since I did not receive my furniture after waiting for 19 weeks, they suggested that I make a claim through my credit card and they would not refund me.
Description of Work: Tried to purchase outdoor patio furniture from these folks in April of 2015.
