I left a message they called back. The gentlemen showed up on time he was polite and knew what he was doing. Fixed the one door and then did a tune up on my second door that was also causing issues. Replaced the pulleys and springs on both doors they work better then they have in years.

We didn't use them but we got an estimate. We had a newly remodeled home and we needed garage doors. It was a free estimate. They had very good customer service.

Miller Garage Door arrived as scheduled. Performed the work and the door works nicely again.  
I called Miller Garage Door to tune the door because they were the company I called to installed the new garage door opener years ago.  I was impressed with the technician at the time.  He tuned the garage door in addition to installing the opener.  After he was done, the door worked much more quietly and smoothly than it had EVER worked.  That installer kept Miller Garage Doors high on my list when I need that type of service.

He had installed the garage opener decades ago and still had the parts for an old garage opener. That is a real gift.

When my ancient garage door opener died, I took a chance and called the number of the company the previous owners had used for service. Fortunately that company was Miller. Both the owner and the gentleman who came to do the replacement were both very courteous. Owner was very responsive to my initial contact, and got back to me promptly. Work was done well.I would definitely use this company in the future.

Technician arrived at scheduled time, and quickly diagnosed problems and performed necessary repairs. He was very courteous and advised of regular maintenance procedures.

He responded the same day. That's rare. We had all 3 garage doors replaced with insulated doors, plus 2 remotes per door. They are very friendly. When they do come out if it's a minor issue they didn't even charge.

I would use again. Courteous in taking the appointment on the phone. Showed up on time and with the right parts and skilled worker. Fixed the problems with my garage door going up and down. Also replaced my outside keypad with one that works well. Showed me how to maintain everything. Well done.

I was pleased with the process from start to finish. Miller is local to us so it made it easy to get someone out for the estimate and then the service. Everything went as discussed and agreed to. The installer was great i sat with him while he installed the doors and was very conversational and answered any and all questions about the "self installation" he was replacing. The installer made certain to clean up after he finished his work. I am very happy work performed and the value received as part of this purchase.

Made a call to Miller at 8AM to inquire about the repair of my garage door opener that failed to operate the previous night. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone diagnosed the problem from my explanation of it. He scheduled a service tech for a window from 11-1 that same day. The tech arrived at 11AM and within a half an hour had replaced the stripped gear, checked the system, and lubricated it and was gone. The whole experience couldn't have gone better. Would call again or recommend to anyone.

From initial contact. to gathering info for the door opening, to the installation; everything was done professionally.
