Lawrence Lexus's garage is immaculate. They know their vehicles and they loan out vehicles if you need it. My husband actually had his loner for a week. My husband works in Virginia and he had to get back to work so they let him take the car, because they were so backed up. He wasn't charged a penny for the miles he put on it going back and forth to work. They keep the car going. The fact that he ran up 183,000 miles on the car shows how well the keep it maintained. What always impresses us is that the same people always seem to be there. For all the time we have owned Lexuses the same people have been there. When we talk to somebody there and tell them what we need they know us by name and we know them by name. If you spend that much money you have to really love them to keep going back. They are expensive. You are paying for the beautiful cars, the lounge you sit in, the free food, but for us it is worth it.
