Description of Work: Kevin's team worked through KaylaRae Designs on a full kitchen renovation. I would hire his team every day of the week and twice on Tuesdays. Kevin takes his work very serious, although with a great sense of humor. He is respectful to his team and is clear that his guys are his most important asset and treats them that way - and in turn, they were all incredibly happy, helpful and very skilled.

Description of Work: The owner Kevin Patrick Rose came to my house twice to look at the scope of work to determine a price. After numerous phone calls to him and repeated assurances from him over the course of several weeks that he would "get me a price by the end of the week", I never heard back from him and moved on to another contractor. Very disappointing.

Description of Work: Replaced rotted hardwood floor boards and subfloor in 2 locations in my home.

Description of Work: Started getting quotes for the job in March to replace a small deck and porch and some exterior trim work. He showed up timely for the appointment. However, we subsequently had to call repeatedly for him to provide the quote. It took a month to get the quote and then it wasn't correct. It didn't include all of the work to be performed as he hadn't taken accurate notes. We had to reschedule for him to come back out which took three more weeks for which he did show up timely. At that time, we expanded the scope of the work to be performed. Again, we had to call repeatedly to get the actual quote. After a while, we gave up chasing this contractor. He clearly didn't want our business. To date, we never received the quote.
