They were very professional. Came when they said ( even called because he was 5 minutes late ) Very nice people to deal with. Cleaned up, took old parts with him. Would highly recommend them.

From start to finish, an excellent experience. The salesperson, Danielle, was very knowledgable and easy to work with. The installer was prompt, professional and very tidy! Would definitely use Jammer again.

Save yourself a lot of aggravation and stay away! We had used Jammer about 10 years ago to install replacement front and rear entry doors and we were satisfied with the quality of the product and service, so we figured we'd use them again to replace our old patio screen doors. This time, Jammer was nothing but trouble right from the start. It took months to schedule installation because our salesman, Jim, did not process the paper work. It took multiple phone calls and intervention to finally have the screen doors installed, five months after we signed the contract. I should have cancelled the contract at that point and got my deposit back, but I gave them the benefit of doubt. We bought the replacement patio screen doors without seeing them based on the recommendation from our salesman (Jim again). BIG mistake! In brief, the product was awful. Flimsy, hard to open, wouldn't stay on track. Since the product was installed late, we didn't use them much due to the colder weather. We also thought the screens would loosen with use and "break in" come warmer weather next spring. It never happened. To make a long story short, after many calls to Jammer, including the owners and the screen manufacturer (who said that model was not appropriate for the size of the door opening), they promised to replace the screen doors. But never did. It was only after I initiated small claims court action that I got a response and new doors...for an additional $500. As a final insult, the new doors came with different color hardware than we wanted, so Jammer promised to order the color we wanted and install it within two weeks. Well, it's been two months, multiple phone calls and still no new hardware. At this point, it's actually funny! I learned my lesson and wanted to warn anyone who might be considering using this company...don't!

"Your initial install was ordered on September 9th, 2013, and was installed on November 4th, 2013 by our technician Doug. We are sorry you were unhappy with the product that was installed. The product that was first installed was a Provia bi-parting pair retractable screen that many other customers have been very happy with. For clarification the screens were in perfect condition and we even sent out a factory representative from Provia (manufacture) who stated the screens were working as intended. Out of good faith we wanted to make you happy and replace the screens with a pair of storm doors. As you stated, this only cost you 500 dollars, we took off over 1000 dollars that didn't even have to take place. Your screens were well past the date of return and we could have left it at that. As for the storm doors, they were made with standard hardware, that was stated on the proposal that you signed off on and we completed on November 25th 2015. After the install took place you wanted to upgrade the handles but didn't want to pay for it. We attempted to call you many times but got no response back. We are a family owned and operated business who takes care of their customers. We wish you the best of luck on your next home remodeling projects. Best Regards, Jammer Doors"

He helped me pick a door out and I was pleased with that. All around. They have been around a lot time. They did a good job, that's what I like about it, it came out nice. I thought it was very good. It looks good and it is still working.

They did the work two years ago and they were supposed to come back to fix them because there was a problem and we are still waiting for them to fix the trim. Their prices are competitive.The doors are quality doors. I don't know if I would use them again.

They put in our system but I feel like that it breaks down more often than it should. Part of it is because of the design of the door. It came with the house. They are a kind of pricey. They are relatively expensive. It is a beautiful wooden door and it is heavy. That is part of the problem. The springs need to be replaced often and it is expensive. . They are responsive. They are professional and punctual. I would use them in the future as they are close to where I reside and they know my system.

They were supposed to come back and give us a new screen where our door tore it and they were going to put a stronger webbing on it. A part of the door was ripped off and they were ordering supposedly a metal strip to put on it, but they never came back. They gave us a strong door knob system. We were very satisfied with their lock system, but they never came back for the other two things. We used to keep calling them. We paid them upfront because they said they needed an upfront payment as they were ordering it from another provider.

The people who came did not finish the work and the work was sloppy. My husband had to finish the work. It was terrible the amount of debris they left around the house and in the bushes. He sub-contracted for roofing and siding.
